EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) can be done with most banks' Internet banking or by going into a branch to do a DD (Direct Deposit).

Cheque or Money Order

  • Note: You must have a Bur.st account to use this form. Do not use this form until you have a Bur.st account and have logged in to complete its setup. Sending this form with a username that doesn't exist yet will result in it silently being deleted.
